This policy covers donations made through this website.
A donation to Dnyanarchana Apangsneha Bahuuddeshya Sanstha is a voluntary gift, and is, as a rule, non-refundable. Once a donation is made and an 80G receipt is issued, it normally cannot be cancelled or reversed.
We understand that mistakes happen. If you donated in error, for example a wrong amount, a duplicate payment, or a transaction you did not authorise, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at dnyan.apangsneha@gmail.com or on 7588806081, with your name, the amount, and the transaction reference from your receipt.
We will review the request, and where we agree it was a genuine error, we will refund the amount to the original payment method. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 working days. Any 80G receipt issued for that donation will be cancelled.
A donation cannot be refunded once an 80G tax benefit has been claimed against it.
